Orders

Order acceptance

Your order is accepted once you receive an order confirmation and payment has been received.
We may cancel an order if there is a pricing error, stock issue, suspected fraud, or if were unable to ship to the address provided.

You agree to: - Provide a complete and accurate delivery address - Check your order details before completing checkout

Shipping and delivery

Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
Dispatch and delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Risk of loss passes to you once the parcel is marked as delivered to the address provided.

If you order from outside the UK, your parcel may be subject to import taxes (VAT/GST), customs duties, and handling/clearance fees. - These charges are set by your local authorities and the carrier. - They are not included in our prices or shipping costs. - Any fees due are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns and refunds

Because our products are food items, returns and refunds are handled with food safety in mind.

We do not issue refunds for items in transit.
Refunds for missing/undelivered orders are processed only after the parcel is returned to us or the carrier confirms it is lost (where applicable).

Promotions and discount codes

Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cant be applied retroactively.
We may change or end promotions at any time.
We may refuse discounts where misuse or fraud is suspected.
